Effective. Efficient. Communications.
Words matter. And for more than 20 years, Mark Polisky has worked with companies across a variety of industries to develop and execute communication strategy, messaging, and tactics all designed to inform and engage with their audiences.
Through it all, the work has been guided by one question - no matter the target, what is the most effective and authentic way to reach them?
Employees are a company’s most important asset.
Without an aligned and motivated workforce, companies may struggle to reach their potential. But with the right communications mix, businesses can align employees with company values, and create a healthy corporate culture filled with enthusiastic brand ambassadors.
Internal communication is crucial because it helps leaders unite and inspire teams around a shared purpose, and foster a sense of belonging by ensuring everyone feels valued.
When employees understand what is expected of them, they are more likely to deliver the desired results, which can help increase job satisfaction, improve morale, and boost confidence.
Hi, I’m Mark.
Throughout my career, I’ve consistently delivered timely results on initiatives that connect teams while keeping audiences engaged and informed.
With a focus on executive and internal communications and experiences across the marketing mix, I’m a collaborative and creative team player willing to get my hands dirty, who is known for my dedication and ability to get things done.
I’m grateful to have had opportunities to work directly with C-Suite leaders on cross-functional projects, allowing me to influence and connect across all levels of an organization. It has also allowed me to understand leaders’ voices and preferred ways of working, while maintaining an invaluable and deep level of trust.
Helping leaders and organizations find their voice, and ensuring complicated or critical messages are delivered clearly is work I continue to take great pride in.
OK, that’s enough about me for now; I'd love to get to know you!
Mark
